Assessing Green Supply Chain OperationReference with Life Cycle Inventory: The Case ofGamboeng Green Tea, Indonesia

This study aims to assess the performance of Gamboeng green tea production system using Green Supply Chain Operation Reference (GreenSCOR). Fifteen environmental indicators were incorporated in five main processes supply chain: planning, sourcing, production, delivery and return. The data collected from field observations chain structure flow process inventory, then validated through in-depth interview with key informants. Data inventory was utilized for measuring several especially planning realization plan process. has an advantage score indicator (15%) use clean energy source (i.e., wood pellet) substitute liquified petroleum gas as well environmentally friendly packaging, zero waste disposal total recyclable waste. Further improvements are recommended indicators, particularly process, such providing training education personnel about awareness management, minimizing water usage, inorganic fertilizer screening suppliers, larger portions pellets.
